Come and join us for some fun ‘guerrilla gardening’ as we plant bulbs around the Barbican, creating new splashes of spring colour and helping to provide food for our happy pollinators.

Children can get stuck in, learn a little about gardening and wildlife, and help us make our neighbourhood even greener.

When: Saturday 24 October 10.30am–12 noon (There is also a second session on 7 November)

Where: Meet outside the west door of St Giles’ Church

Who can join? Open to all children aged 3 and over and their carers who live in the Barbican.

What to bring: We’ll provide the bulbs and trowels. Please bring your own gardening gloves if you’d like to use them.

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Weather permitting.

Come along, get your hands in the soil and help us plant a little bit of spring for everyone to enjoy! 🌱🌷🐝
